As 2023 comes to an end, we look back on a year that was filled with substantial growth and impressive achievements. This year was exciting to say the least, we attended 20 industry conferences, our team grew to 90 employees, we added over 300 new neighbors, rolled out our new HCV Solution, and garnered notable industry recognition, all while maintaining our focus on helping communities help people.

We grew substantially this year. Our team expanded to 90 employees, each bringing unique skills and perspectives to the Neighborly Software Family.

HCV Launch
2023 was the year we launched our Housing Choice Vouchers portal, a major addition to our portfolio. Our platform, designed for small and mid-size housing authorities, streamlines the HCV process, ensuring stress-free compliance. It simplifies tenant and property manager tasks through self-service options and enhances operational efficiency with streamlined payment processing and robust reporting capabilities. We’re committed to continually updating and improving this solution and have already implemented our HCV platform in multiple PHAs across the country!
Giving Back
Our commitment to community engagement continued in 2023, our team volunteered at Open Hand Atlanta, packing meals for those in need and worked with InspirEdu to refurbish computers for students in underserved Georgia communities. Most recently, during our year-end retreat, we volunteered at The Bloom Closet, an organization dedicated to supporting foster children and their families by providing essential items, and at Feeding GA Families, which focuses on aiding those facing food insecurity. Our team had a great time volunteering this year, using the opportunity to both bond with each other and make a meaningful difference in our communities.
